The clinic is located 200 yards from the top (South end) of Weydon Hill Road, Farnham. Parking is available in the street.
Please follow the path at the side of the house to the green building at the bottom of the garden. Take a seat in the waiting room. New patients will be given a patient record form to fill in so remember to bring reading glasses if needed.
Ladies please bring or wear a T-shirt and shorts or jogging bottoms.
